Viva Brilliant Color is a color intensive pressed powder with pearlescent effects suitable for eyes, face and body that can be applied dry or with a moistened brush or sponge. The pearlescent Mica pigments are responsible for the exclusive luster and glitter of the product. No metallic pigments are being used. Apply wet to strengthen the color effect and its adhesion.
